New 3 ECTS seminars on Transport and Trade Law

Next week the "European Transport Law" and "International Transport and Trade Law" Seminars, hold by Prof. Anna Montesano in English language, are going to start on the 11th and 12th of March.

The European Transport Law Seminar will explore the legal and policy framework governing transport within the EU. The seminar will integrate theoretical analysis with real-world case studies, allowing students to critically assess legal and policy challenges within the EU transport sector.

The International Transport and Trade Law Seminar will analyse how legal frameworks, technology, and sustainability are reshaping international commerce. The seminar provides practical insights and real-world case studies to help you explore the legal challenges of international sales contracts, transportation, and risk management in global trade. The seminar will also explore the impact of new technologies – from artificial intelligence to blockchain and digitalization – and their role in transforming transportation and international trade.
